• taxpayer's personal cabinet (LK FL) — fastest;
• Gosuslugi portal;
• registered mail to your local tax office.

What you need to fill

• bank country: Kyrgyz Republic (OKSM 417);
• MBANK SWIFT/BIC: from the bank statement;
• account number: IBAN or local format;
• opening date: per MBANK certificate.
