Important before launch
Group-flow rules
- The organizer explains who is in the group and why the package is being submitted together.
- The discount applies only when the whole group hands documents over as one batch and launches together.
- Even in the group flow, each buyer gets a separate PDF and remains a separate customer.
- We may request clarification or refuse the batch if the group composition, beneficial owners, or document source are not transparent.
Special terms do not apply to nominees, opaque mass submissions, third-party ownership structures, or any schemes that conflict with the offer, AML rules, or applicable law.
