Using the card

Connect to App Store & Google Play
Switch your Apple ID region to Kyrgyzstan (Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Country/Region → KGZ). Add the MBANK card as the payment method with a Kyrgyz address. For Google Play, add the card under Payments & subscriptions and set Kyrgyzstan as the Play country. Don't use a VPN when paying.
Top up in rubles from a Russian bank
The working channel today is T-Bank (Tinkoff) → MBANK by phone number in +996 format inside the T-Bank app. The transfer is instant, in rubles, with no commission, up to $5,000 per day. Direct SWIFT transfers from sanctioned banks are suspended, so this phone-number route is the simplest legal path.
Top up with crypto (USDT)
Send USDT (TRC-20 is cheapest) to a licensed Kyrgyz exchange — for example in Bishkek — and receive KGS or rubles to your MBANK card. You can also use P2P on major exchanges with a verified Kyrgyz operator. Keep records: crypto income is taxable in Russia.
