Your Russian-side duties
- notify FNS within 30 days of opening (form KND 1120101);
- file the annual movement-of-funds report if turnover exceeds 600,000 RUB;
- comply with articles 9 and 12 of Federal Law 173-FZ on currency regulation.

Rough budget for the POA route: 11,900 RUB service fee plus 2,000–4,000 RUB for the notary POA. Shipment to Kyrgyzstan, account opening, plastic issuance, and delivery of the finished card are included in the service.
