Terms of Service

These Terms supplement the Public Offer and describe in detail how the User interacts with the Provider.

1. Nature of the service

The Provider offers consultation services only — explaining how the User can independently open an MBANK Kyrgyzstan card. The Provider is not a bank, not an agent of MBANK, does not open cards, does not accept money, documents, or cards from users, and does not participate in financial operations.

2. User obligations

• The User acts on their own behalf and at their own risk.
• All decisions around travel, choice of representative, notary, submission to the bank, and tax reporting remain entirely with the User.
• The User is solely responsible for compliance with the law of Russia and their country of residence.

3. Prohibited use

The consultation must not be used to evade sanctions, launder money, finance terrorism, commit tax or banking fraud, or engage in any other unlawful activity. Detection of such intent terminates the service without refund for delivered parts.

4. Account and security

• The User must keep credentials confidential.
• Sharing access, automating signups, or abusing the referral program is prohibited.
• The Provider may block an account for rule violations and void pending referral rewards.

5. Liability and limitations

The Provider does not guarantee bank approval and is not liable for changes in bank tariffs, FX rates, sanctions law, or refusals by third-party banks or processors. Provider liability is capped at the price of the package paid.

6. Intellectual property

Materials (PDF guide, slides, consultation recordings) are provided for personal use only. Public distribution, resale, or public hosting is prohibited.
